This is why we do
what we do.

Our client stories.

Mark Calleja Accounting

“From when I started to two years on, I doubled my turnover…in that time, I pretty much made myself redundant from the compliance side of the practice. That's still the main generating point of my practice, there's no doubt about that. But I pretty much made myself redundant from the main source of income in the business.”

What Mark says about the BlueprintHQ Program:

"The program has shown me the way to grow my practice to where I wanted it to be. Given me self confidence in delivering advisory services, structured the way I have done things for many years on an ad-hoc basis and made me realise that I had to let go of things to be able to work on the most important things with my clients.

Our BlueprintHQ consultant Sam, has become more than a mentor, but a confidant that I can share my wins as well as my practice problems with.”

On the podcast

Sam interviews Mark (episode #14), accountant and business advisor based in Sydney who has been through the journey from practice owner to business owner and now to business advisor. Mark shares his journey of over 20 years in accounting and what happened when he moved into practice ownership.

"Straightaway, I was introduced to a systemised approach to client discussions that revolutionised the way we interact. It's all about the conversations and converting that to fees."

I first came across Sam and BlueprintHQ at an event. You know, another event that promises you will learn to be more efficient, work less hours and make more profits? Then we all return to the office and slip into the same routine of work, work, work.

When I spoke to Sam, however, something resonated and with the support of my team, we decided to give it a go.

Straightaway, I was introduced to a systemised approach to client discussions that revolutionised the way we interact. Its all about the conversations and converting that to fees. Sam keeps us accountable and has become a terrific sounding board. She has helped us monetise the formerly grudge tasks and doesn’t that make everyone feel better about doing their jobs!

We are all enjoying what we do far more, clients are getting much better service and even better, they are paying for it. Hooray I say!
